Birth Certificate is a proof and evidence of date of Birth, name of parents or legal guardians, Nationality, place of Birth etc. of a new born. If the person is going to a Non Hague Conventional Country then the Birth Certificate will be Attested and Legalized from the Embassy or Consulate of the destination Country present in India. Prior Embassy Attestation of Birth Certificate it will be Attested from Notary Public, Attestation from State Level as mentioned above and the Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Chandigarh, Govt. of India.
