Chambers of Commerce Attestation process and Services in India

As far as Attestation and Legalization process is Concern the Certificates are divided into two parts. One part is Personal Document and on the other one is Commercial Document. We have discussed the Attestation and Apostille process of personal Document earlier. Hereunder, we are going to discuss the Attestation process of Commercial Documents.

In India the Commercial Document Legalization process starts from the Attestation from the Chambers of Commerce. After that the Commercial or Export Document will be Attested from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). Finally the Document will be Attested and Legalized from the concern Embassy or Consulate present in India of the destination Country.

Requirements for Chambers of Commerce in India

The requirement of supporting Documents for Attestation or Legalization depends on the type of Document which to be Attested also it depends on the destination Country. However, a tentative list of supporting documents are as under,
